DBB球阀到底有哪些要求

也有这样的

 

 

外观上看就是将3个阀封装在一个阀体中，但是均为独立阀门，从功能上来说可以实现两端阶段和中部泄放功能。但制造阀门需要有依据，就是制造标准，我们常说的管道球阀遵循API 6D，那这种方式符合API 6D的要求吗？

 

DBB阀在API 6D中的解释

 

首先看API 6D的适用情况

 

This specification defines the requirements for the design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and documentation of ball, check, gate, and plug valves for application in pipeline and piping systems for the petroleum and natural gas industries.

首先API 6D中规定只适用于4种阀门形式包括球阀、止回阀、闸阀、旋塞阀。使用针阀的仪表阀不符合API 6D的标准。

 

下面看一下API 6D中关于DBB的条文解释

 

DBB double block and bleed valve 双截断和排放

 

Single valve with two seating surfaces that, in the closed position, provides a seal against pressure from both ends of the valve with a means of venting/bleeding the cavity between the seating surfaces.

带有两个密封副的单个阀门，在其关闭位位置可通过在两个密封副之间的阀体腔的排放/排气方法，提供其阀门两端的压力（承压）密封。

 

DIB double isolation and bleed valve 双隔离和泄放

 

Single valve with two seating surfaces, each of which, in the closed position, provides a seal against pressure from a single source, with a means of venting/bleeding the cavity between the seating surfaces.

带有两个密封副的单个阀门，其中的每一个密封副在关闭位置可通过在两个密封表面之间的阀体腔的排放/排空方法，对来自单源的压力提供密封。

 

以上密封副解释为密封面，就是球阀阀体和阀座的接触面，2个指的是阀门入口和出口。

 

以上可以看出API 6D规定的DBB阀为单阀DBB，就是说由一个阀门完成DBB功能。字面上说双联装DBB功能阀门不符合API 6D标准。

但在API 6D 2014版信息性附录K中增加了DBB和DIB阀门组装形式的说明，这就比较困惑了，直接蒙圈。但是管道球阀DBB都是使用单阀结构。要实现单阀DBB功能必须是固定阀，浮动阀座。

 

K.3 Double Block and Bleed (DBB)

The DBB feature of the valve or valves is the ability to segregate two pressure sources and to bleed/vent pressure in the void between the two sealing elements (blocks). The bleed may be in the pipework/pipeline when two valves are used, or in the valve body between the two seats when the valve has the DBB feature.

K.3 双截断和排放(DBB)

阀门的双截断和排放DBB特点是能将两个压力源隔离并且在两个密封件（ 截断）之间的空隙处排放压力（或通气）。排放可以是在使用两个阀门的管道l管线位置，或在阀门具有DBB特性的两个阀座之间的阀体处。

 

 

 

K.4 Double Isolation and Bleed (DIB)

The DIB feature of the valve or valves is the ability to provide two sealing elements to a single pressure source, and to bleed/vent between the two sealing elements. Note that some documents dealing with isolation of equipment may refer to this feature as double block and bleed.

K.4 双隔离和排放( DIB )

阀门的双隔离和排放DIB特性是能对单一压力源提供两个密封件并且在两个密封件之间排放。注意，某些处理设备隔离的标准可能称这个特性为双截断和排放。

 

 

2008版以后的API 6D中关于DBB有两种形式DBB和DIB。

 

DBB双截断和排放阀：具有两个阀座密封面的单体式(非复合联装式)阀门，当其处于关闭位置时，能阻断(阻塞)同时来自阀门上下游端的介质压力，且夹持在阀座密封面间的阀体腔介质有泄放通道。注：当该类型阀门仅承受来自单一方向(上游或下游)的介质压力时，不提供确实的双隔离功能。

 

DIB双隔离和排放阀：具有两个阀座密封面的单体式(非复合联装式)阀门，当其处于关闭位置时，阀座能独立地隔离(密封)来自其两侧(流道和阀腔)的介质压力，且夹持在阀座密封面间的阀体腔介质有泄放通道。注：具备双隔离功能的阀座可在该类型阀门的单端或双端提供。”

 

 

阀座SPE和DPE，SPE是单向密封阀座，DPE是双向密封阀座。API球阀里面把球阀的两个阀座设计成不同的组合，分成三种结构，DBB,DIB-1，DIB-2，DBB结构就是两个阀座全部是SPE阀座，DIB-1是一个SPE阀座，一个DPE阀座。DIB-2是两个都是DPE阀座，DIB-1还有两种结构，一个是阀前排放，一个是阀后排放。

 

目前国内长输管道很少使用单独的仪表DBB阀，国外项目使用的较多
